Diaphragm/costophrenic angles: Hemidiaphragms are normal in position and contour; there is blunting of the right costophrenic angle. Lungs/pleura: There is a small right-sided pleural effusion. No pneumothorax is identified. Lungs are otherwise clear without focal consolidation. Soft tissues: Visualized soft tissues are unremarkable.
