Findings
Airway/trachea: Trachea is midline without deviation or narrowing. Bones: Visualized osseous structures show no acute fracture or destructive lesion. Cardiac silhouette/mediastinum: Cardiac silhouette is normal in size and contour; mediastinal contours are unremarkable. Diaphragm/costophrenic angles: Hemidiaphragms are normal in position and contour; there is blunting of the right costophrenic angle. Lungs/pleura: There is a small right-sided pleural effusion. No pneumothorax is identified. Lungs are otherwise clear without focal consolidation. Soft tissues: Visualized soft tissues are unremarkable.
